The Modern Observer Business Incubator/Accelerator is geared towards entrepreneurs and small businesses who are in the start-up phase of their business.
Small businesses who go through an incubator program have a success rate of 80%.

The incubator is available for those who need full office space, the incubator offers its services at the North Mountain Business Center in Newington
The accelerator is available virtually at your office or home or onsite at Gaggle Office in New Haven.
