Independent Sales Representative (Commission-Only) – Business Coaching Programs
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and selling our business coaching programs to individuals and organizations. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your ability to drive sales. You will leverage your expertise in relationship building, prospecting, and sales strategies to connect with potential clients and demonstrate the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand clients’ needs, pain points, and business challenges. Present tailored coaching solutions that align with their goals.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our coaching programs, including individual and group coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning sessions.
- Closing: Close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in coaching, consulting, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of business development and relationship-building strategies.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage your sales activities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience with commission-based roles is a plus.
